Who We Serve: A Service Built for Needlepoint Designers
Our painting service is designed for needlepoint designers who need reliable, high quality production painting. We work with:
- Emerging designers building their first inventory of hand-painted needlepoint canvases
- Established designers looking to scale production and build inventory
- Needlepoint shops seeking a wholesale needlepoint canvas painting partner
- Brands and licensors developing custom needlepoint canvas collections
Our Painting Process: From Design File to Finished Canvas
Step 1: Design Submission
You submit your design files to our studio, we recommend software platforms MacStitch & Stitchly. If you are working from a painted master, we can also match from a physical sample. Our team reviews each submission for canvas readability, number of colors, and size requirements.
Step 2: Quote and Approval
Next, you receive a detailed quote based on design complexity, canvas size, mesh count, and color quantity.. We provide per piece pricing so you can plan your margins accordingly.
Step 3: Master Painting
Our artists paint a master proof of your design. This digital proof is sent to you for color approval and detail verification. Once approved, the master is stored at our studio as a permanent reference, making reorders seamless and consistent.
Step 4: Batch Production
With the master approved, production begins. Each canvas in your order is hand painted to match the approved proof. Our quality control process includes color consistency checks across every piece in the batch to ensure production consistency across your entire inventory.
Step 5: Delivery
Completed canvases are quality inspected, carefully packed, and shipped directly to you.
Materials and Specifications
We paint on high quality Zweigart mono deluxe canvas on 13 and 18 mesh. 3 mesh and 18 mesh canvases, which cover the vast majority of designer requirements. 13 mesh is the most popular choice for ornaments, pillows, and larger projects, while 18 mesh is preferred for detailed designs, small ornaments, and fine detail work.
