When trying to come up with some wintery beginner needlepoint canvas concepts (meaning simple shapes and just three threads!!) and a sweet memory of my oldest child popped into my head about her very first snow day. We created a small snow angel and I wrote, 'The Snow Angel decrees a day of merriment and joy for all!'

Marquin Designs

Marquin Campbell is an artist and needlepoint designer based out of Greenville, South Carolina. Marquin studied Drawing and Painting at The University of Georgia and went on to study Fashion Designs at Parsons School of Design in New York City.

She has been stitching for over twenty years and sees her needlepoint design work as a wonderful blend of her painting background merged with her design background. She is drawn to colorful creations rooted in classic style.
